Not for me

Been using this firm for a solid 5 years I'd say - never had an issue and put alot of business their way- I ordered the above as a wild card and it smelt terrible- the opening is like piss. It does calm down and gets better but it's the worst I've ever had. I emailed in - asking for them to send me something else and I was disappointed to get my reply asking for this bottle to be sent back - I don't have time for that - so now I'm thinking maybe use another website for my oils out of the 1.7 B that do it online in the UK. From my pov if you're a business and a long standing customer says they didn't like their product which was buy 3 get 4th FREE anyway then send him what he wants as I'm sure you wanna keep this customer. In England there is a saying cutting off your nose to spite your face. 1 bottle of what I asked for as a replacement would of pleased me. Telling me to send the one I dont like back like ur gonna re sell it is strange and a waste of our time. Cheers
